Shipping & Returns

We always try to send all orders placed before 13:00 (Monday-Friday) on the same day, provided that the product is in stock. Any order placed after 13:00 or at weekends will be processed and sent on the next working day.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we do not accept any loss caused to you by late delivery as the actual delivery process is outside our control. Please notify us as soon as possible either by email if you do not receive your order within a reasonable timeframe. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund should you prefer. Our delivery provider will get your order to your stated delivery address but please be aware that as we often require a signature on delivery, should nobody be home, then you may need to collect your parcel from your nearest delivery depot or post office.

Standard charges for shipping are as follows:-

Ireland €5.95 up to €50.00.  Free shipping for over €50.00

Europe €29.95 up to €200.00. Free shipping for over €200.00

Worldwide €49.95 up to €500.00. Free shipping for over €500.00

Returns

If products are returned to us following unsuccessful delivery, we will refund the price of the order less full shipping fee and an additional €6.00 to cover our delivery and administration costs. For safety and security, overseas orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the payee.

If you believe our goods are in any way faulty, please notify us immediately by email and we will try to remedy the problem. If you want us to consider issuing a refund for a faulty product, you will need to return the product to us for inspection and testing. If we agree that the product is faulty, we will refund the cost of shipping and product value.

Should you change your mind and decide that you don't want our great products, please do not damage the product, notify us by email and we will send you a tracking number to use when returning. Note - we may deduct a restocking fee of 10% of product value and the original shipping cost cannot be returned.
